BOOT CAMP

An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants beyond their perceived limitations. You’ll never anticipate the next move, and you won’t believe how strong you really are.

Yoga is a gentle way to improve posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, and relaxation. An emphasis is placed on positive thinking and meditation in order to cultivate harmony in the body, mind, and environment.

STUDIO BARRE

HOW IT WORKS
Studio Barre is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga and strength training, including high reps of small-range movements. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre, but at home, a chair will be all you need. Focusing on classical ballet exercises as well as static stretches.
BENEFITS
A barre workout will tone the glutes, hamstrings, and calves, creating that long, lean dancer look.
